About us

The Centre offers counselling for anyone who is being sexually abused, or has been sexually abused or raped in the past. We can either talk to you on the telephone or in person, whichever you would prefer.

We know how difficult it can be to talk to someone about what has happened or is happening to you.

If you want to contact us by telephone or via e-mail, please note the following important information:

If you (or someone you know) are under 18, and are being or have been sexually abused or raped, we may have to share this information with Social Services, who will then help you get the support you need.

If you are over 18, anything you choose to tell us will not be discussed outside our Centre, with workers from other agencies or with any of your family members – unless you wish us to do so. The exception to this is if you are at serious risk of harming yourself or others, or if you tell us a young person you know is at risk.

The CLEAR (Children Linked to and Experiencing Abusive Relationships) and the CRASAC boards of trustees are proud and delighted to announce their merger, effective from the 1st March 2018. Two organisations dedicated to the highest standards of care and support for people impacted by abuse, coming together to take us further along our journey to create a Centre of Excellence in our field.
The merger will see a creation of an all age, all gender service across Cornwall to raise awareness of and tackle the impact of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
We are called “CLEAR and CRASAC ” for the time being.
Our charity number is 1165574. Call 01872 303038 or 01872 261147 for the children and young persons service.
